Instruction for Online user

• All online users have to be registered first on Kashi Annapurna Annakshetra Trust portal to use e-donation portal.
  1. Register yourself with the following details:
     1. Personal details, such as Name, Contact Address and Contact Number.
     2. Valid Email Id
     3. One of the following Identification: Unique Identification Card (UID) / Voter ID / Pan Card / Passport / Ration Card / Driver's License
  2. Sign in with your Login details
  3. Select Donate option and fill the required details.
  4. Make online payment through Credit/Debit card or Internet Banking
  5. After successful payment, confirmation mail and SMS sent to your registered email and mobile no.
• Amounts for all online offerings and donations are accepted in Indian Rupees only.
• Any online payment can be made through HDFC Bank payment gateway.
• All Payments are very secure using 128 bit encryption .
• No amount will be refunded after cancellation.
• If you have devotee number, please use it for any further communication with Trust.
• For Payments following options are available:
  Visa Card/ Master Card /Maestro Card / Net Banking
